In case of a complaint, defect, or fault with a product purchased from BKI foods a/s, please contact us via the form below. You can read more about our terms and conditions regarding complaints further down the page.

We respond to all applications within 3 weeks.

PLEASE NOTICE

Once you have submitted your complaint, you need to send the product related to the complaint to BKI foods a/s at the following address:
Michael Dresens Vej 6, 8270 Højbjerg

BKI will refund your postage costs, which is why you also need to enter your bank account details in the form below.

Sales and Delivery Terms Regarding Complaints

The buyer is obligated to inspect the product/service immediately upon receipt to check for any defects, discrepancies, or similar issues.

The buyer must, within 14 days of receiving the product/service, notify BKI foods a/s in writing of any defects or discrepancies. In all cases of defects, the buyer is obligated to notify BKI foods a/s as soon as the defect is discovered or should have been discovered.

The buyer loses the right to claim defects in the product/service that they have or should have discovered if the complaint is not made in accordance with the above.
