Sales and Delivery Terms Regarding Complaints
The buyer is obligated to inspect the product/service immediately upon receipt to check for any defects, discrepancies, or similar issues.
The buyer must, within 14 days of receiving the product/service, notify BKI foods a/s in writing of any defects or discrepancies. In all cases of defects, the buyer is obligated to notify BKI foods a/s as soon as the defect is discovered or should have been discovered.
The buyer loses the right to claim defects in the product/service that they have or should have discovered if the complaint is not made in accordance with the above.
